SWFL Contractor Match is a free referral service, not a contractor. We don't perform construction work or hold a contractor license. We connect homeowners with independent contractors, who are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, permits and work. Always verify a contractor's Florida license at myfloridalicense.com before you sign a contract.

Our role

We provide a free matching service. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor you hire. We don't guarantee any contractor's work, pricing, schedule or licensing status.

Contractor fees

Contractors in our network pay us for referrals. Homeowners pay nothing.
